Carla graduated from Holy Cross and Saint Francis where she received her masters in Human Resources. She has years of experience in human resources and also has a background in bookkeeping. Carla has been with Pinnacle Marketing for over 15 years and has been a huge asset to our team. She works behind the scenes at Pinnacle taking care of all financial operations.

Kathryn comes from an impressive background and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising. Sophie Karanja, New Business/Licensing
Sophie takes care of all aspects of New Business and Licensing. She processes all new business applications and works closely with our advisors ensuring that business is completed in a timely manner.
On the licensing side, her main goal is to make the contracting process as easy as possible for the advisor. Sophie works with the advisor and the home office to ensure a smooth appointment and is available to answer any questions that you may have.
